How fast can an electrician get to me?

Most everyday jobs are covered same day or next day. When you book you pick an arrival window, and only windows an electrician can actually cover are offered.

How is the price decided?

Everyday work is flat rate by job type, adjusted for distance, the arrival window you pick and how busy the week is. You see the full number before you confirm — nothing is added afterwards unless the scope of work changes and you approve it.

When do I pay?

After the work is finished. You pay by card in the app and your receipt is stored with the job.

Can I cancel?

Cancelling is free any time before an electrician accepts the job. Once someone has accepted, a $49 cancellation fee applies because they have already blocked out the time.

Are your electricians licensed and insured?

Yes. Every electrician uploads their Minnesota license and liability insurance, and clears a background check before their profile is approved.

Can I track the electrician on the way?

Joining costs a one-time $50 signup fee, then $200 per month for the job feed and routing. Voltora keeps 20% of each job and you keep 80%, paid out weekly.

What if something goes wrong on a job?

Open a dispute from the job in your account. Voltora HQ reviews the photos, notes and payment record and resolves it directly.
